Send Fax in Email

Open your email program - send fax simply follow the same way to send e-mail, the only difference is to address the recipient in the To: or cc: or bcc: field by enter any one of the below format : -

Send fax immediately

• In the To: field, enter faxnumber@fax007.com (where faxnumber is the recipient fax number)

• Input subject and message content the same way you prepare e-mail if needed

• Attach any Windows document just the same way you prepare e-mail attachment if needed

• Press Send button the same way you send e-mail

• After it is sent, no matter the fax is successfully or not successfully sent to recipient; Fax007 will return result notification to your email address.  You can also periodically press the receive (check for mail) button in your email program to refresh the inbox for new mail.

After you open the preview pane, three choices for you to choose

Preview to open the fax for view  (the fax is not yet sent by Fax007 but give you an opportunity to view it first)

Release  to confirm send  (this will send back confirmation to Fax007 to signal it to send the fax)

Cancel    to confirm delete (this will send back confirmation to Fax007 to signal it to cancel and delete the fax.  The fax will not be sent)
