Fax007 eFax Service Fee Table   (HK$)

  Remarks: -

1.       Need to add HK$50 administrative fee for each payment process except it is waived for credit card payment.  In additional, subscriber is responsible for bank charge if any.

2.        Except credit card charge service fee by month, all other payment methods need to be paid in full period in advance.  E.g. if you subscribe the General 6 months plan, then you need to make a check or bank deposit payment of HK$48x6 + HK$50 = HK$338 subscription payment for 6 months subscription period.  Plus fee mentioned in below point 3 (if applicable).

3.        If no identifications is submitted when actual enrollment, setup fee of HK$100 is required.

4.        Extra charge HK$0.2 per page for over monthly receive/send quota.

6.    You can change your Email account by inform us twice for each subscribed service period without charge and thereafter HK$10 surcharge per each alternation.

7.        Each assigned fax number will include receive and send fax for one registered person with maximum three Email addresses.  Only registered person can inquire about his account and service, other person will not be answered.

8.        Service reconnection fee charge at HK$100 (within 30 days after service disconnected).  Subscriber need to settle service payment on time to avoid disconnection.

9.        Change registered person charge HK$50 each time.  Change registered person particulars charge HK$50 each time.

 Usage condition for send fax service: -

1.        Each single fax message maximum send to maximum twenty fax recipients, over limit will not be sent.. 

2.        Daily and monthly send fax page limit will according to the subscribed service plan.
