Once confirmed, you will receive email notification from us for service
activation together with the assigned direct Hong Kong fax number
which normally take one working day. After you receive this confirmation, people can send fax to
your Hong Kong fax number and you can receive fax as well as send fax
using your email address.
You will have a free trial
period and if you decide not to
subscribe Fax007 eFax service, you must unsubscribe
it from your PayPal account before trial period is expired. Your credit card will not be charged during the trial period.
After free trial period if you are enjoying faxing with Fax007, do nothing, your membership will automatically continue with paid subscription plan fee, for as long as you choose to remain a subscriber. No commitments, no hassles, cancel anytime to unsubscribe via your PayPal account. Paid subscription fee is not refundable and service will be continued until last date of the service plan.
Remark: If you need to send long distance fax, we require minimum US$30 deposit and your long distance fax costs are deducted from the deposit. When your deposit balance approach to US$10, we will notify you to add another deposit. If you foresee sending a lot of long distance faxes; to avoid long distance fax interruption, we recommend you to purchase a higher deposit. To purchase long distance fax deposit, click on the "Deposit" buy button after you login member area.
