IDD Let you send overseas fax easily and follow the same way Hong Kong people make long distance call to overseas by dial 001-country.code-area.code-number.

  

  

IDD add-on to your Fax007 Fax service plan must be purchased using the same payment method which you subscribed our Fax007 fax service plan.

For Personal Account

1. PayPal 

If you have subscribed Fax007 fax service plan via PayPal, you must use the same paypal account to purchase IDD add-on to enable your fax account to send overseas fax to defined destinations. When the IDD Plan period is expired,  the IDD Plan subscription/transaction ID created in PayPal will invoke charge to your PayPal account in recurring basis to renew the IDD add-on.

In short, the IDD plan service subscription is auto renewed so that your fax service to send overseas fax is continuously serve your email address registered with fax function without any disruption.  If you want to cancel the IDD add-on, you can do it directly in your PayPal account to cancel the Fax007 IDD Plan subscription/transaction ID before the coming renewal date then no further charge will be posted to your credit card.

We will not keep any of your credit card data, all are handled by PayPal.

If you agree to the above, click      to subscribe IDD Plan which will enable your Fax007 account to send overseas fax to defined destinations of Australia, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, UK, USA.

 

2. Credit Card (Master Card, Visa only)

If you current Fax007 account is subscribed through credit card.  You must use credit card method to pay for the IDD plan fee.  IDD Plan fee will automatically charge to your credit card in recurring basis so that your IDD feature to send overseas fax is continuously serve your registered email address without any disruption.  If you want to cancel the IDD add-on, you must inform us in-advance then no further charge of IDD Plan will be posted to your credit card.  Paid IDD Plan fee is non-refundable but is still use in your fax account until IDD plan period is expired.

For Small Business Account

1. Cheque

To purchase IDD Plan add-on to your fax account, fill up the application form with a crossed cheque (no post-date cheque) amount of HK$300 with payee "CitiFax Information Management Limited", mail by post to our office address:  Accounting Department, CitiFax Information Management Limited, Block A, 16/F, Yan's Tower, 27 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen.  Upon received your application, we will notify you by email message to inform you the IDD feature is activated for your fax account.   

After use of IDD feature and if you want to cancel the IDD add-on, you must inform us in-advance then no further invoice of IDD Plan will be billed to your account.  Paid IDD Plan fee is non-refundable but is still use in your fax account until IDD plan period is expired.
